When you sign up for the Copper Club, you also have the option to sign up for an extra holiday shipment called the “Toasting Trio.” For $50.00 you will receive a 5th shipment containing 3 special bottles to kick off the holiday season. This shipment will be available in December for each member.

To receive your club benefits, your membership card must be presented each time you are at the winery or events.

MERRITT ESTATE WINERY WINE CLUB TERMS & APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in the Merritt Estate Winery Wine Club! By joining our Membership Program, you agree to the following terms: Our Copper Club Membership is a quarterly club shipment, for a total of 4 shipments a year, and will include additional charges for shipping and handling. The shipments will be based on members preferences and may include any wines in our inventory. If you sign up for the extra holiday shipment, you will receive 5 shipments a year.

Any advertised shipment prices are estimates only and do not include applicable shipping fees and taxes. Prices, wine selections included in each shipment, and release dates (timing of shipments) are all subject to change. We will also offer “will call pickup” to local members, who may stop by the winery and pick up their wines. Your credit card will be billed prior to the release of your Club Shipment, and details for shipping or will-call dates will be sent to the email associated with your account. Will call members must pick up their shipment within 30 days of the release date, or it will be shipped to the member at their expense.

All wine orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older and verification of age is required at the time of delivery or pickup. If wine is returned or redirected as a result of the inability to provide age verification, an incorrect address, or missed delivery attempts, all associated costs will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the customer. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Shipping regulations vary by state laws.

Members may cancel their membership after receiving their second regularly scheduled wine club shipment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and be received prior to the billing of a regular club shipment. Members are responsible for all orders that are to be billed to their account prior to the notice of cancellation. Your wine club membership must be active and in good standing (no missing club shipments and a valid credit card on file) to be eligible to redeem wine club benefits. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Declined credit cards are cause for automatic termination of wine club account. Benefits are non-transferrable and Club Members must be present to redeem the benefits of this membership.
